The GreenX3 Team Building and Soft Skills Training was organized by MyBiotech GmbH on 4-5 June 2024 in Überherrn, Germany.
Our DCs and DNSs were able to meet in person for the first time and took part in enriching activities, including presentations on PhD journey 👩🎓, unconscious bias ♿, teamwork👫👩🏿🤝👩🏼👩🏿🤝👩🏽, time management ⏳, dissemination and communication 📣, career development plan 👩🔬👨🔬 and understanding mental health 🧠.
Challenging games emphasized the importance of team building, teamwork and communication. ✨ 🏅 📑 ✅
